Sinsenkrysset

This junction, established in 1870 is today Oslo's most trafficked. Until 1957 it was a normal traffic intersection, but because of too much traffic it had to be expanded and Norway's first roundabout was built here. However, the intersection's full capacity was reached only 5 years later. In 1962 a bridge was built and the junction grew into the multileveled junction we know today.
